Returns & Replacements
Please note that all our products are made to order once payment is received. As such, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement under the conditions outlined below.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days by replying to your order confirmation email. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
Although we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, we assess refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis. Please note that damages caused by the customer will not be accepted.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
To Report a Problem
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@miladreams.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect delivery, we will send a replacement free of charge.
