Production & Shipping

All of our products are made to order and produced by our trusted U.S.-based printing partner. They handle the printing, packaging, and shipping of each item directly from their facility.

Packaging

For prints only: your order will be securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Depending on the size, prints are shipped in a reinforced mailing tube or a rigid flat envelope.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–6 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

International shipping currently applies only to prints. We do not ship other products internationally at this time.

We currently ship prints to:
Canada, Australia, the UK, the EU, Latvia, and Japan.

• Canada & Australia: Estimated delivery is 12–20 business days after shipping.
• Orders may be subject to local taxes (e.g., VAT or sales tax), which are collected at checkout.
• U.S. orders are printed and shipped domestically, so U.S. customers will not incur customs fees.
  

Made to Order Timing

Since each product is made to order, please allow extra time for production and delivery. All shipping and production times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, high demand, or unforeseen courier delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after shipment. That said, we’re happy to offer reprints on a case-by-case basis.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we cannot replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and delivery destination. Rates include shipping, handling, and packaging.
